The various techniques and therapies used can
be grouped under the following headings;

massage
and gentle, therapeutic physical exercise.
In simple terms our techniques are powerful and
effective because:

understand how to teach people to manage and improve the energy which drives their mental, physical and
emotional performance
we
understand how to teach them to become
self-reliant in their growth to improved performance, health
and happiness; and
we understand how to
motivate them to seek permanent growth rather than quick fixes.
In other words, after forty years
of working with people, who have often experienced years of stress,
ill-health and frustration, we know how to
communicate our knowledge such that it is understood and used. The
knowledge itself is not enough.
