At Moss Hill we help you discover and develop
yourself. It is a process of self-realisation and a philosophy
that allows you to travel your own journey with your own values,
beliefs and purpose.
The lives we lead can present many difficulties. Even those
enjoying successful careers and stable family lives can suffer
anxieties, stress or physical pain. Many people can find themselves
in a life trauma of some kind, a change that is difficult to
deal with, or a personal problem that benefits from retreating
from everyday life, for up to three days and putting things into
perspective. A stay at Moss Hill is an ideal Holistic Solution.
All
residents receive our undivided attention during their stay.
There are three therapy sessions per day interspersed
with delicious
healthy meals prepared with organic ingredients. Each session
will holistically combine a range of therapies, relaxation techniques,
advice and coaching, according to each individuals needs. As
an optional extra, we can also make available a personal fitness
trainer who will devise
an exercise programme specifically for each individual's requirements.
Visits and walks within the Snowdonia National Park can also
be arranged.
We also offer a non-residential relaxing One
Day programme.
